Hello Wikipedians, and welcome to my user page. Please do enjoy the read, and hopefully learn about me and my Wiki experience. (Please note, my account is not dead or offline, I just can go for long periods without editing, usually forgetting Wikipedia exists)

Wikipedia

I somewhat recently joined Wikipedia and I think I'm confident in it's tools, policies and guidelines, though I will make a few mistakes.

I created an account to expand and create articles related to ants. After finding AntWiki too complex for most people, and Wikipedia lacking coverage on many, many species, I decided Wikipedia needed help and I would likely be of use. I'm currently looking through ants of Britain, till I move on to more tropical species. I also plan to expand, fix and correct a handful of other topics, though mainly still in focus with my interests.

I may often take somewhat long leaves of absence due to mental health related concerns, though you shouldn't worry, just be aware.

Currently

I usually do not have long chunks of time to do editing, so (especially for my sandbox) edits can come in 5-10 small chunks, meaning it can be difficult to review, of which I apologise for.

Interests

I love ants, Godzilla, gaming and a handful of other nerdy stuff, and these are my main focuses of editing, though I love the random article feature and before making an account I'd spend hours reading through the random articles it threw at me.

I also love the idea of WikiFauna and I've enjoyed reading through them. I am thinking of creating a new species, the WikiAnt, though I don't really have time right now and I want to prioritise the physical ant species who are under-represented here.

Personal Life

I am not willing, nor ever willing to disclose anything about my personal life without just cause, though I will say that I live in the North East of England (born and raised) in a railway town.

Education

I currently have a secondary-level education on a variety of academic subjects though there are many things where I display higher levels of education. My career path is currently set on being a myrmecologist as I love the little creatures we call ants.
