Sadly, with today's contentious environment and the presence of hostile people, I no longer feel comfortable using my actual name or giving my location. For many years when Usenet was a major forum for communication, I was one of the few people who was using their real name instead of some cool handle!

Hopefully people will see my edits and can verify that they are accurate, I input technical data and do not input (normally) opinion.

My background: I got a BS in Physics from a small university in San Angelo, Texas in 1978 and started as a US Air Force orbital analyst in 1978, maintaining the Satellite Catalog. I got an MS in "Space Operations" in 1984 from the US Air Force's Air Force Institute of Technology in 1984. So I have a lot of academic background and operational background in orbital analysis.
