The following is a list of communist parties with representation in national parliaments. This list does not contain communist parties previously represented in parliament. This article lists only those political parties and organizations who officially call themselves communist (include Trotskyist) ideologically.

note: North Korea has removed all references to Marxism–Leninism and communism in general in its constitution and replaced its state ideology with Juche, and the ideology of the Workers' Party of Korea being Kimilsungism–Kimjongilism.[1] Please don't add WPK to the list.
