Thomas Webb (c. 1800 - 10 September 1871) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]

His father was Thomas Webb [Snr], a master tailor.

His mother was Isabella Dick.

Thomas Webb was born c. 1800 in England.

Thomas moved to Edinburgh, when his father moved to Edinburgh opening a shop in St. Mary's Wynd there.

Death

He died at his home at 12 Queen's Place, Greenside, Edinburgh on 10 September 1871.[8] The death certificate states apoplexy, probably referring to a haemorrhagic stroke.

He was buried on 13 September 1871 at Canongate cemetery.[9]
