Tribeca Developers is an Indian real estate company, headquartered in Mumbai. Tribeca Developers is The Trump Organization's licensed partner in India.[1][2]
The company has developed projects in multiple cities in India, including Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Delhi NCR.[3][4]
History
[edit]Tribeca Developers was founded in 2012 by Kalpesh Mehta with a focus on luxury residential projects. In 2013, Tribeca obtained brand licensing rights for The Trump Organization in India.[5]
In 2017, Tribeca transitions from a mere brand licensing partner to a co-developer for the Trump Organization in India, inaugurating Trump Towers in Gurugram and Kolkata.[5]
In 2018, despite a stagnant luxury real estate market, Trump Towers Gurugram sold approximately 100 apartments within a month of its inauguration.[5]
In January 2024, Tribeca Developers partnered with Tejukaya Group with Rs. 1000 crore investment.[6][7]
The company also announced new Trum projects in Noida and Hyderabad.[8]
In April 2025, Tribeca launched India's first rental housing development platform Trilive.[9][10]

Trump World Center Pune
[edit]Trump World Center Pune is The Trump Organization's first commercial project in India.[12]
The company also partnered with Kundan Spaces with Rs.2500 crore investment to complete the project.[13]
Trump Residences Gurgaon
[edit]Trump Residences Gurgaon is the 2nd Trump project in India. Tribeca Developers partnered with Smartworld with an investment of Rs 1200 crore.[14][15]
Reports say that Donald Trump Jr. is directly monitoring this project.[16]
The Edge
[edit]The Edge is Tribeca's residential project on 2.5 acres and comprising roughly 400 units.[17]
