Thomas 'Tom' Evans (born 9 May 1994) is an American Strongman from Franklin, North Carolina.[1][2]
Evans worked as an athletics assistant strength and conditioning coach at the University of Delaware[3] and was also an American Football player before trying out for 2021 America's Strongest Man. The following year, within a span of 6 months, he won both the 2022 Arnold Amateur[4] and the Shaw Classic Open which paved the way for him to attend other high level international competitions.
Evans has qualified for the World's Strongest Man competition on three occasions (2023, 2024, 2025) but has yet to reach the finals. His highest placements in international competitions are fifth at the Arnold Strongman Classic, sixth at the Strongest Man on Earth and sixth at the Rogue Invitational.[5]
