The Northern Armory is a Canadian professional wrestling stable in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). The faction is led by Eric Young and includes Sinner and Saint (Judas Icarus and Travis Williams).[1]
Northern Armory was formed by Josh Alexander in October 2024 when Icarus and Williams helped Alexander attack Young and Steve Maclin.[2] The faction turned on Alexander in 2025 after he announced that he would be quitting TNA. Young would eventually reveal himself as the new leader of the group by turning on Alexander during a tag team match against Northern Armory.[3]

[edit]Formation under Josh Alexander (2024–2025)
[edit]On the September 19 episode of Impact!, Eric Young approached Josh Alexander following the latter's loss to Joe Hendry at Victory Road, and inspired him to change his ways.[4] The following week, on Impact!, Alexander called Young to the ring and apparently appreciated him until Sinner and Saint (Judas Icarus and Travis Williams) joined Alexander in attacking Young. Steve Maclin tried to make the save on Young's behalf but the trio attacked him as well.[5] Alexander subsequently formed a faction with fellow Canadian wrestlers Sinner and Saint called The Northern Armory on the October 10 episode of Impact!.[6] The trio would feud with Young and Maclin during their initial months.
Northern Armory had its first match as a faction on the November 14 episode of Impact!, where they defeated Eric Young, Jonathan Gresham and Steve Maclin in a six-man tag team match. On the December 5 episode of Impact!, Northern Armory teamed with Frankie Kazarian to defeat Young, Gresham, Maclin and Mike Santana in an eight-man tag team match. On the January 9, 2025 episode of Impact!, all three members of the Northern Armory competed against Santana in a gauntlet match, which they lost via disqualification after triple teaming him. At Genesis, Alexander lost an "I Quit" match to Santana, and announced his departure from TNA following the match. On the January 23 episode of Impact!, Alexander regretted his past actions and apologized to Eric Young, Steve Maclin, and the fans. He parted ways with Northern Armory but Icarus and Williams turned on him by attacking him until Young made the save. This set up a tag team match for the following week's Impact!, where Young and Alexander took on the Northern Armory. Young turned on Alexander during the match by attacking him and became the new leader of Northern Armory.
Eric Young's takeover (2025–present)
[edit]After becoming the leader of Northern Armory, Eric Young defeated the former leader Josh Alexander in the latter's farewell match, with the group's assistance, on the February 13 episode of Impact!.[7] On the March 3 episode of Impact!, the new trio of Young, Williams and Icarus had their first match as a team, which they won by defeating Ace Austin and The Rascalz (Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz). Northern Armory would then get involved in Young's rivalry with his tag team partner Steve Maclin, who confronted Young over his actions. Young tried to add Maclin to the group but Maclin refused. The two feuded over the new TNA International Championship and Young failed to win the title from Maclin in a standard match at Rebellion and a dog collar match on the May 8 episode of Impact!, despite interference by Northern Armory.
At Under Siege event held in Canada, hometown heroes Northern Armory teased a face turn by interrupting The System during an in-ring promo. They went on to defeat System's Brian Myers, JDC and Moose in a six-man tag team match.[8] At Border Brawl, Northern Armory represented Canada against System's Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers, defeating them in a tag team match.[9]
