I removed Aloni Shilo and Ramot Gilad which are part of the Karnie Shomron municipality. Mitzpeh Yoseph or Joseph's lookout is administered by the Shomron regional council but it is not an "outpost" per say. No one lives there. It is an observation point overlooking Joseph's tomb and the area. Corrected the name of Havot Yair and added Tapuach West, 777 and Seneh Yaakov outpost communities to the list.
