Template documentation

Link to a meeting recap and results page on WP:Tilastopaja. First parameter is the meeting ID, second parameter is an optional link title. If the optional named "s" parameter is provided, the link will be displayed inline rather than in {{cite web}} format.

Note that due to a bug in Tilastopaja timezone conversion, sometimes meeting and result dates can be displayed one day earlier than expected on the UI. When in doubt, check the JSON API response in the network panel or consult other sources.
