Here are some suggestions. These should all be sourced from reliable sources (WP:RS) and referenced using in-line references (WP:REF)

• What was the theme for each of the 5 previous events?
• Is it always held in May?
• Who organises the event. Is it a committee of residents or the tourist board or a government department?
• What community groups are involved?
• Are any groups or individuals from outside Belgium invloved? If so who for each event
• What is the (balanced i.e. WP:NPOV) reaction of the community to the event?
