WHtR as easy measure for weight loss?

Should WHtR be included as an easy way to measure loss (albeit not weight, but waist size)? Advantage: a simple will suffice.
Should the body roundness calculator be on this page?

Should we split into two articles? Intentional and Unintentional?

Shouldn't this article be split into two? One for "intentional" and one for "unintentional"?

The two subjects have nothing to do with each other.
No reader will be interested in both at the same time.
The "Myths" and "Health Effects" top-level headings do not apply to "unintentional".
