Sand or gravel quarries in the area?

Looking at the satellite view of Vindinge, one sees that it is surrounded by high-albedo (light-colored) areas. I suspect these may be sand or gravel quarries. Can anyone confirm? They should be mentioned in the article because, while not glamorous, they appear to be a significant part of the local economy. 75.163.201.149 (talk) 12:51, 21 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
