Date, length of expansion, hook, qpq, close paraphrase check ok. I prefer ALT0 as the most interesting hook. --Soman (talk) 14:12, 16 June 2025 (UTC)

Hey, this was really interesting to read! I had no idea Vatican City had this! It is a very interesting and well-sourced article and earwig shows no copyright violations. I also ran the iabot bot which archived two sources. Here are my comments:
- Cycle sport before Vatican Cycling – "labeled it as "true global, transport anarchy" - Could you please specify what "it" is?
- Cycle sport before Vatican Cycling – Could you please link the other sports (e.g. boxing and football)?
- Cycle sport before Vatican Cycling – "Sports that had been labeled as such include boxing and rugby which were deemed violent, and football being frowned upon because of its Anglo-Saxon and "Protestant roots."" and "Pope Pius X saw "something profoundly Christian", as opined by contemporary writer Bobby Motus of The Freeman, within the sport and blessed an amateur cycling race that started in Rome." both need a ref at the end of their sentences per MOS:QUOTE
- Cycle sport before Vatican Cycling – "eventually, Eddy Merckx of Belgium won the race" - is this really needed/relevant?
- Cycle sport before Vatican Cycling – Could you please briefly explain what the Union Européenne de Cyclisme and Confédération Africaine de Cyclisme are?
- Is there any information on what prompted the creation of Vatican Cycling, if there were any delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, if there were financial issues etc? I think expansion would be beneficial.
- Management – "Under him are vice president Massimiliano Coluccio and Simone Ciochetti" - I think this sentence needs rewording regarding the "under him" bit
- Events – "The first two cycling activities" - Could you please say when this took place?
- Events – "within the nation" - Could you please specify if this referring to Italy or VC?
- The "Events" could be expanded with more information about the specific Vatican Cycling events that they have managed. Is there any information on the events themselves, who won the events, which dates they took place, how many people attended etc etc? And most importantly, what the body did to help them?
- Photo - Could you please specify in the caption that the man is on the zebra crossing, and could you please add the year it was taken if possible?
- Is there any reception information regarding what critics, other countries or competitions etc thought about the governing body?
Overall it is very good, but I think some expansion would really benefit the article and help it achieve GA status. Please let me know if you have any questions or need assistance! Once the above have been addressed, I will do a spotcheck and pass the article :) DaniloDaysOfOurLives (talk) 03:45, 17 June 2025 (UTC)
