Merge discussion from Vanhorniidae

@Hemiauchenia, Dyanega, and Edibobb:

I have just found a reliable source that states that Vanhornia is the only genus of the family Vanhorniidae. Therefore, I propose that Vanhorniidae be merged into this article.

I have no issue with a merge. The general policy for monogeneric families, in the absence of titles that might require disambiguation, is to redirect to the genus (e.g. Ablerus is the article for the family name Azotidae). Dyanega (talk) 21:03, 3 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I will add, then, that the general practice is to have a dual taxonbar with both Wikidata links, but the redirect page will have its own separate set of categories.
