Hi all. The main article rightly says, "205 abstentions by the ruling Congress and its allies." But fails to explain why there was such a massive absenteeism. Related to a similar case which occurred in March 2025, Sanjay Hegde, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court, has clarified that it so happened because the issue took a "North-South" turn in the Parliament. Please see ""हम कूड़ेदान..." Delhi HC Justice Yashwant Verma के यहाँ Cash किसका? Allahabad Highcourt | LT Show". It is available on YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y1t5SqHRGog [Time stamp 10:55]. Not only this particular news show is authentic, the speaker himself is quite reputed. I was just wondering if this fact could be added in the main article. Not sure really. Neotaruntius (talk) 06:01, 22 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
