[edit]The article says, "The title-transfer theory of contract is a libertarian theory of contract enforcement, developed by Murray N. Rothbard, first stated in chapter 19 of The Ethics of Liberty."
- This is wrong. Rothbard first discussed it in his magnum opus, Man, Economy, and State, decades earlier. Evers wrote about it later. Still later, Rothbard wrote The Ethics of Liberty.
