Palacio Real

Clean up and improvements

The article needs clean up and new sections for instance:

      - History of the theatre (up to the 1990s re-opening)
      - History post-1990s opening
      - The building
      - Relevant people linked to the theatre: artistic and musical directors
      - See also
      - References
