This is a programme that was broadcast today on NHK World-Japan. This small town in Japan can't get much media coverage in English so the show might be of interest to readers of this article.
I have a conflict of interest because I am a paid participant in the producer's audience research programme, which is how I discovered the programme. I am not paid to edit Wikipedia.
