Psychologist

[edit]

Although many sources report that Susan Forward is a psychologist, the California Board of Behavioral Science Examiners seemed to take an issue with this.

Officials also said that Ms. Forward, the author of a best-selling book, "Men Who Hate Women and the Women Who Love Them," had represented herself as a psychologist in television interviews. She is a clinical social worker. [1]

Newspapers

[edit]

Although there seem to be only a limited number of articles online mentioning Susan Forward, there are numerous newspaper articles mentioning her from before the internet. [2] ShiveryPeaks (talk) 22:10, 18 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Birth and death dates

[edit]

The Everybody Wiki lists her birth and death dates as 14 May 1938 – February 2020 (died aged 81); however, the only citation there is her personal website, and this information is not from there (in a place that I see). Everybody Wiki states at the bottom of their page that they copied from Wikipedia, so possibly Susan Forward had a Wikipedia article (which was deleted) and this info came from there. Wikipedia does not allow linking to Everybody Wiki, but you can find it on Google. It is possible the dates are correct (added by a family member or something), but there does not appear to be a reliable source stating them. I could not find an obituary.
