Need someone to add when water soluble sulfate testing in soil became a requirement in the international building code.

Intentionally adding "also spelled Sulphate"

For some odd reason, Wiki Search's fuzzy logic is not catching the spelling of sulphate as sulfate. A direct reference to "sulphate" is needed in the article, at least temporarily, for commonwealth readers. Otherwise, this article will not be found via search.
