The content of Nonstop mutation was merged into Stop codon on 24 August 2015. The former page's history now serves to provide attribution for that content in the latter page, and it must not be deleted as long as the latter page exists. For the discussion at that location, see its talk page.

Why are these featured so prominently in the article? Consider moving to the bottom, if not deleting altogether.

about the UGA codon

I believe the sentence "Transcription of this codon is enabled by the proximity of the SECIS element (SElenoCysteine Incorporation Sequence).[2] " Should read "Translation of this codon (...)".
