'Sexual assault is an act of sexual abuse in which one intentionally sexually touches another person without that person's consent'

Is being in a romantic/sexual/marital relationship counted as implied consent? I am reasonably sure that intimate couples do not ask each other 'Can I touch you?' each time they do so, but I assume that the law doesn't consider them to be committing sexual assaults on each other all the time? 62.73.72.3 (talk) 10:04, 26 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
