Hi, I have the birth year from Sergey Radchenko by e-mail and I mentioned this in the edit comment (and no, I did not confuse him with the actor). And I also asked him, if British-Russian historian would be more appropriate and he agreed.
He was 11 in 1991 when the Russian tricolor replaced the hammer and sickle flying over the Kremlin.[1]

Paragraph three states: "Radchenko was born in Maritime Province in 1980 and, for the first two fifteen years of his life, lived in Korsakov, Sakhalin Island, Russian SFSR, USSR. In 1995 Radchenko left Sakhalin for the United States as an exchange student in the US government-funded FLEX/FSA program."
The word 'two' seems to be a typo. If he left in 1995, it should just read 'the first fifteen years...' Rainbowtroutreplica (talk) 22:15, 8 May 2025 (UTC)
