[edit]"In October, Elkan said her group planned to lease the ground floor of the Selling Building at Southwest Sixth Avenue and Alder Street, and to buy the next building over – called the Ungar Building – from the OCF Joseph E. Weston Public Foundation. That’s the deal that closed on Friday for $3 million, with proceeds going back to the foundation, according to Elkan.
