Merger proposal

It seems to me that SWM (motorcycles) and SWM (automobiles) should be merged. If I understand correctly, they are not separate companies like Volvo Cars and Volvo Trucks, they are the same company, making two different lines of product. If they're not merged, it should at least be acknowledged somewhere that they're the same company, like in BMW Motorrad it says they are a division of BMW.
