Proposed merge of Qualified Mental Retardation Professional into Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional

This article does tie directly to the Qualified Mental Retardation Professional (QMRP). However to delete it moving forward or to place it under QMRP would also be shortsighted as QMRP is outdated. Perhaps Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional should be the title for the QMRP page with QMRP becoming part of the history.
