Needs newer history

As a resident of the Palos Verdes Peninsula I know that things have happened to the mall within the last decade. The mall has been sold at least twice & the Ice Chalet has become LA Kings Ice after the pandemic closed it down. There was a concerned effort in the community to keep the ice rink operational by finding a buyer. The mall was recently purchased by PV locals who had to deal with the collapsing infrastructure in the parking garage. The parking garage was used as a place to get COVID vaccines during the pandemic. etc. 130.65.254.16 (talk) 22:56, 9 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
