I am the author of this draft article. I disclose a conflict of interest: I am the Wikimedian in Residence at the Global Systems Institute (GSI), at the University of Exeter. Researchers at the GSI and the University of Exeter have contributed significantly to research on positive tipping points, some of which has been referenced in this article, notably including the 2023 Global Tipping Points Report, which has authors from multiple institutions but was led and published by the University of Exeter.
