this needs a reboot from an expert

This is a massive topic and it's getting a very limited treatment here. Needs to discuss GWAS->GWAS-seq, the rise of aggregate collections like gnomAD, pangenomics, missing heritability, CDCV/RDRV.

The selection of exemplar papers is also strange - e.g. Jacquot et al. has been cited a mere 31 times. JeremyLeipzig (talk) 15:26, 3 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
