The article's sources already support that change. You can continue to discuss this within reason, but do not reopen the request until consensus has formed for a change. Grayfell (talk) 07:01, 16 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
@Solo4701: I looked at the edit history and you first added it in January 2024 Link and then again in February Link after they were reverted. Your edits in this article in general have been problematic and it looks like you have an axe to grind or something. Since these are extremely contentious claims they need to be reliably sourced (per this list WP:RSP). Currently, there is also "anti-black racism" in the lead, which is not sourced either. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:810D:BC82:1E00:E4D7:C8BC:AA5A:A17A (talk) 19:03, 17 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Remove the recently added line "According to the Anti-Defamation League, he has endorsed Nazi policies concerning Jews and has denied the Holocaust." per WP:ADLPIA which says "The general unreliability of the ADL extends to the intersection of the topics of antisemitism and the Israeli–Palestinian conflict." - 2A02:810D:BC82:1E00:1978:486C:FEEE:6A21 (talk) 15:00, 19 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
there is no Israeli–Palestinian conflict element That's why I told you "The general unreliability of the ADL extends to the intersection of the topics of antisemitism". Can you read the comment you are responding to first? 2A02:810D:BC82:1E00:1978:486C:FEEE:6A21 (talk) 15:11, 19 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Please read and follow our policy on assuming good faith. @GorillaWarfare is correct that the guidleine you point to doesn't apply. It needs to be the interesection of antisemitism and palistine/israel. That is, it needs to have both elements to apply. So not only are you behaving poorly by attacking an editor, but you are not even correct. meamemg (talk) 15:17, 19 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
The source says "Benjamin defended Hitler's persecution of European Jews," and "Really what he was trying to do was clean Germany, clean it of the parasites, of the fleas. He did not hate Jews. He hated filth and he was trying to clean up". That seems to count as endorsing Nazi policies concerning Jews. meamemg (talk) 15:23, 19 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I'm confused. WP:UNDUE and WP:OR are two very different policies. How could something be undue for being original research? And as @GorillaWarfare points out, MOS:LEADCITE cautions against too many citations in the lead, they just need to be supported in the rest of the article. meamemg (talk) 16:05, 19 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
It references his affirmation of "Hitler's persecution," which I would surmise is sufficient for ascribing Benjamin's endorsement fundamentally to the Nazi government. Would you prefer if der Führer were to be mentioned directly? I don't understand why you are so fruitlessly zealous concerning such trivialities. Solo4701 (talk) 17:28, 19 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
It does: far-right comedian Owen Benjamin has posted anti-Semitic conspiracy theories to his more than 61,000 followers on Instagram.GorillaWarfare (she/her • talk) 18:07, 19 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
