The contents of Neocaesarea (episcopal see) was merged into Niksar on 22 December 2016. The former page's history now serves to provide attribution for that content in the latter page, and it must not be deleted as long as the latter page exists. For the discussion at that location, see its talk page.

From Byzantine to Danishmend

Can someone explain how this came to be? The article jumps from the Byzantines reclaiming Niksar in 1073 to it being Danishmend. So how did it come back to the Turks? Tourskin (talk) 22:32, 27 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Merge from Cabira?
