Incorrect sounding quote (section British nurses and doctors buried in the cemetery)

'gave their lives for the sick in an enemy's country'

The statement by Alice Higginson that the two British doctors who died of typhus in 1915 and are buried here, having died in Serbia, seems incorrect, the fact being that throughout WWI Serbia was an ally not an enemy of Britain. Surely it would only be correct if they died in the bounds of an enemy state surely? I have added a sic at end of this phrase.Cloptonson (talk) 08:10, 13 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
