This article should not be speedy deleted as being recently created, having no relevant page history and duplicating an existing English Wikipedia topic, because... The mandate is a significant topic with a great deal of coverage in reputable sources, quite independent of the provisions of the 2012 Health and Social Care Act. --Rathfelder (talk) 13:46, 27 March 2017 (UTC)

NHS mandate → NHS England – I feel that this information can be included in the NHS England. As the page is empty and incredibly out of date. Telfordbuck (talk) 18:05, 13 March 2025 (UTC)
- Wrong venue: This looks like a merge suggestion, not a proposed renaming. The destination name is already occupied by an article, and that article doesn't seem to be proposed to be moved elsewhere, and the nominator's comment seems to acknowledge awareness of that. Please see WP:MERGE. — BarrelProof (talk) 23:24, 13 March 2025 (UTC)
