"File:Flag of Mordor"

Isn't the File:Flag of Mordor.svg a pure fan creation that's not encyclopaedic? I only saw https://lotr.fandom.com/wiki/Eye_of_Sauron when I checked whether there is actually a canonical flag, but it's graphically too distant from this SVG, IMHO. I suggest a removal.
