Change 'Charlemagne Cassidy of Cook Islands only went to Miss South Pacific Pageant 1997 due lack of funds.' to 'Charlemagne Cassidy was the last reigning Miss Cook Islands, New Zealand pageant winner to attend Miss South Pacific Pageant 1997 due to lack of interest and support by the Cook Island community.
