Merger proposal

I propose that Ministry of Consumer and Business Services (Ontario) be merged into Ministry of Government Services (Ontario). I think that the content in the Ministry of Consumer and Business Services (Ontario) article can easily be explained in the context of the history of Ministry of Government Services (Ontario). Unrelated Ministers

The Associate Minister of Red Tape Reduction and Small Business and the Associate Minister Small Business and the Ministers of Red Tape Reduction have nothing to do with MPBSDP and should removed from the Article. Both Associate Ministers are with Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade and the functions undertaken by the Ministry of Red Tape Reduction were previously done by the Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade.
