I'm working on the improvement of this page

The Wikipedia pages of Miguel de Irigoyen and his brother Matías de Irigoyen had an important mistake: the role of governor of Buenos Aires, occupied briefly by Miguel in 1820, was misattributed to Matías. I'll be soon working to emend this mistake completely and to add one or two more references.
