mushrooms
[edit]they currently raise oyster mushrooms which they sell to the public as well as several prominent restaurants in downtown Charleston. i was there last week and have worked at mccrady's restaurant which has them but have no other citation for this.
- The mushroom business is referred to on their website now. Has been for a couple yrs I think. That, coupled w/ the links/refs to the egg farming & PETA situation is enough to validate it for Wiki purposes I think...I changed the last line in the article to reflect it. New York Times article
[edit]There are a lot of newspaper articles about monasteries. Is this really relevant? Almost every abbey can point to several such articles or media coverage. I propose deleting this section. Melchior2006 (talk) 15:21, 24 December 2021 (UTC)
- OK, then I'll delete. Melchior2006 (talk) 14:17, 30 December 2021 (UTC)
