mushrooms

they currently raise oyster mushrooms which they sell to the public as well as several prominent restaurants in downtown Charleston. i was there last week and have worked at mccrady's restaurant which has them but have no other citation for this.

The mushroom business is referred to on their website now. Has been for a couple yrs I think. That, coupled w/ the links/refs to the egg farming & PETA situation is enough to validate it for Wiki purposes I think...I changed the last line in the article to reflect it. New York Times article

There are a lot of newspaper articles about monasteries. Is this really relevant? Almost every abbey can point to several such articles or media coverage. I propose deleting this section. Melchior2006 (talk) 15:21, 24 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
