The designation "logMAR chart" is quite misleading. LogMAR values are numbers that can easily be converted into other values such as snellen fractions, decimal acuities, etc. LogMAR values can be measured with any acuity chart, and a "LogMAR chart" can be used to obtain Snellen factions or decimal acuities. The "LogMAR charts" have certain interesting design features, but it is not the "LogMAR" aspect that sets them apart from other charts. I certainly acknowledge that the name "LogMAR chart" is used by some people in the field, but I believe that it requires some clarification. 2003:EA:7F0F:3600:B96E:78AE:B0CB:8F29 (talk) 23:28, 21 December 2023 (UTC)
