Name Designation

The acronym was intentionally chosen before the name, whereas the full name was made to fit the acronym, hence the title page. There is a misnomer here because some websites use Kilusan sa Kapangyarihan at Kasarinlan ng Bayan, instead of Karapatan which refers to rights or democracy. Kasarinlan means sovereignty, which is redundant since Kapangyarihan can also mean sovereignty or power.
