- Weak support per those other articles (WP:CONSISTENT), WP:CONCISE and that the example of this situation at WP:USPLACE, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, in the American Civil War doesn't even follow it, so assume in unambiguous cases it doesn't apply (or at least would need a new discussion concerning all these articles). - Support, the more concise names seems better. Though from my cursory research there is little consitency. See the variety in:
