2. Well sourced, neutral, BLP-compliant and copyvio free? Y While I don't have any copyright violation concerns, I would appreciate a second set on eyes on whether the block quote is proportional considering this is a shorter article.
3. Presentable? Y
4. The hook is cited to a reliable source, short enough, and interesting? Y
5. The two images present are released under the public domain and I do not see any reason to doubt that. Y
