I wanted to open a discussion about expanding references to Haz Al-Din in this article, given his significant collaboration with Jackson Hinkle and their shared political work. Currently, while Hinkle's page references MAGA Communism, the American Communist Party (ACP), and his broader activism, it does not sufficiently acknowledge Haz Al-Din’s role in these movements.
Multiple Reliable Sources Connect Haz Al-Din & Jackson Hinkle:
Tech Transparency Project & Financial Times (April 2022): shared presence on Twitch concern for Russian disinformation and subsequently banning of Haz Al-Din and Jackson Hinkle.
THE RISE OF MAGA COMMUNISM (September 2022): a theoretical manifesto written by Haz Al-Din, outlining the philosophical foundation of the MAGA Communism.
COMPACT & VICE (Sep & Oct 2022): Discuss their co-development of MAGA Communism, crediting Haz Al-Din as its ideological architect and Hinkle as its most visible public advocate.
The Spectator (June 2024): Discusses their joint role in coining MAGA Communism.
Haz Al-Din’s Leadership in the ACP:
Hinkle and Haz Al-Din co-founded the American Communist Party (ACP) in July 2024. Given that Hinkle’s political identity is now strongly linked to the ACP, omitting Haz Al-Din from this section creates an incomplete picture.
Haz Al-Din’s Influence on MAGA Communism:
Hinkle frequently credits Haz Al-Din with shaping MAGA Communism ideologically, particularly in philosophical critiques of liberalism and modern leftism.
Without mention of Haz Al-Din, this article risks misrepresenting the ideological formation of MAGA Communism.
I am currently drafting a Wikipedia page for Haz Al-Din, as he meets notability criteria through reliable coverage in major political outlets. I am not advocating for undue weight, but rather accuracy in covering major collaborations. Hinkle and Haz Al-Din are extensively covered together in sources, making this an omission rather than an issue of WP:UNDUE.

I don't think the categories peope of the russian invasion of ukraine and people of the israel-hamas war belong on this article, because that guy is not directly involved in either of these two wars,he's just expressing his political stance 2A01:5A8:302:2ED6:21C0:4F6F:B543:8756 (talk) 16:32, 20 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I don't agree, because readers looking for information about these two wars may be interested in finding information about Hinkle. However, I won't make any changes to your edit request, so other editors can also weigh in. Lova Falk (talk) 14:52, 7 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Hi IP editor. Thanks so much for taking the time to make an edit request. Because there is disagreement among editors about the use of these categories, it is better handled by opening a discussion on this Talk page to try to achieve a consensus before making this edit. I mean, he's pro–all that because he's anti-Israel / anti-Zionist. I think one label suffices. In fact, the number of labels in the infobox should be reduced to two: pro-Russia and anti-Zionist (opposes Jewish statehood more broadly). Yue🌙19:53, 25 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I added an official page request here to source help from the community, but as the idealogy seems to be fairly well-developed in the existing section, will likely get to it myself within a couple of days. Eulersidentity (talk) 15:06, 11 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
