Some background to the creation of this page

This page is a merge of a series of 27 alphanumeric articles that had a wide ranging number of links some of which had very little to do with the environment or environmental issues. I had culled the existed lists and had also recommended deletion. See these links for a bit of background:

A suggested rationale for inclusion of links

As it stands this list is too much of a mish-mash of article links. I suggest the following criteria for the inclusion of any links:

The must be predominately about an environmental issue rather than have a passing reference to it
no environmental organisations. They are at List of environmental organizations
no links that are already on sibling lists such as List of climate change topics and List of conservation topics unless they are of importance
no books. They are listed at List of environmental books
no country specific links of low importance such as Acts of Parliament, protected areas, organisations etc. It would otherwise be unnecessarily long and therefore of a lesser use.
