Requested move 7 February 2025

It was proposed in this section that Iliad SA be renamed and moved to Iliad (company).

No consensus. We see below two strong rationales for keeping the current title, and three fairly strong arguments supporting this proposal ("per nom" is just as strong as the nom's argument). Overall there is no consensus reached to either keep the current title or to rename the article. As is usual with a no-consensus outcome, editors can strengthen their arguments, discover new ones, and try again in a few months to garner consensus for this page move. Iliad SA → Iliad (company) – Restoring the original name of the page, moved it at the time without consent. I think it is more compliant with the rules on WP:TITLE. That move was 11 years ago. My understanding is that names like this one are relatively common to provide WP:NATURAL disambiguation. —⁠ ⁠BarrelProof (talk) 22:59, 7 February 2025 (UTC)

Comment, using the legal status is a natural alternative to using a disambiguator under WP:NCCORP, so don't see the issue unless the name with legal status is never used in sources. But the website also uses "Iliad Group". Dank Jae 17:40, 16 February 2025 (UTC)

Just wanted editors to know that I did check the article's sources per editor DankJae's comment, and I found about equal usages of "Iliad SA" and "Iliad", so the sources I checked exhibited no consistency, no preference for either form of the company's name.
