Is there an example health technology assessment that would be globally relevant to present here?

At WP:MEDORG there is this picture highly valuing these kinds of assessments. I am looking at sources and not even sure if there is a standard definition of this concept, or whether this is a concept in global use. I also am unclear as what form HTAs take.
