I like how you added a section on pediatric specific FGID and updated some of the treatment information. Overall the article is put together well and interesting to read.
- One suggestion would be to add hyperlinks for the scientific and medical terms such as in the Treatments section: "Interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy, and biofeedback-assisted relaxation training (BART) each show promise in symptom reduction." These psychological treatment modalities can all be hyperlinked so people can learn more.
- For the third paragraph in the psychotherapeutic treatments section: "When compared to in-office CBT treatment, both telephone-based CBT treatment and web-based CBT treatment show statistically significant improvements in patient symptoms." This sentence could use a reference.
- Also, some areas could be simplified to layman's terms a little more, or provide some hyperlinks for the scientific terms. For example, the first couple paragraphs of the Causes section.
- Lastly, I think adding a picture of the entire GI tract in the classification section may be helpful for people to visualize the different parts, especially since this section is already organized from top to bottom. Camisul (talk) 18:43, 30 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
One last thought, on the treatment section where you talk about Regulora. Try to find the specific scientific study that showed the benefits of the app as its a more reliable reference. Camisul (talk) 18:51, 30 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks so much for the suggestions, I will work on them! Pupsandplants (talk) 17:50, 6 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
