Since its last evaluation, the Epileptogenesis article has been expanded and now includes more detailed and sourced information on key biological processes such as synaptic reorganization, inflammation, and blood–brain barrier dysfunction. The content has been structured more clearly, and recent peer-reviewed sources have been added to improve accuracy and reliability. While the article may still need further development, I believe it now meets the criteria for a higher class.
