Ownership / leasehood

From the old website of Eilean Bàn (timeline) and their Companies House Accounts summary 2024, the Trust owns the lighthouse outright, but the island itself is owned by the Forestry Commission Scotland, who in turn has leased it to the Trust until 2050. It was previously leased by Transport Scotland until 2015.. I have not yet amended the entry, given that the Trust's website is currently out of service, but I will do so when I see more information/evidence, but I do have this:
