I know that this page should be a redirect, due to failing to meet notability standards... in fact, I'm surprised that it hasn't been done already. However, there's no information on Octavio on the page this was supposed to be moved to. I feel that since the other antagonists from Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves, including the primary antagonist, Doctor M, have been redirected to the List of Sly Cooper characters, maybe this page should suffer the same fate. I would carry out the merge myself, but I am not technically allowed to do so... I guess the ability to merge pages is a privilege only granted to admins. When the merge is complete, I expect that this article will be changed back to redirect status, as has happened to Krystal (Star Fox) and Julie-Su.
